- The utilities (gas, electricity and water charges) are divided by residents equally every month.
- The excess and deficiency of the utility cost is also adjusted every month.
- The date for payment of the rent + utilities is on the 1st of month by cash.
- No key money, management fee, agent fee and tanks money.
- Please exchenge a copy of IDs (Passport or Alien Registration card).
- At least one calendar month's notice from either party terminates the tenancy.
